The Administrative Support Specialist is responsible for managing correspondence, coordinating schedules, and providing general administrative support to the Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) and District Directors (DDs) within the regional team. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

What we ask of you:
• Customer Relations:• Handle correspondence and customer complaints effectively.• Scheduling:• Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.• Review managers' schedules for districts to ensure compliance with guidelines.• Manage and schedule meetings for RVPs and DDs.• Event Coordination:• Organize departmental events and meetings, including catering arrangements.• Assist the Learning and Development department with class and meeting scheduling.• Administrative Support:• Perform general administrative tasks, including answering phones and facilitating conference calls.• Print, copy, and scan hard copy files for HR purposes.• Order departmental supplies and uniforms for stores.• Financial Reporting:• Prepare monthly and quarterly P&L reports.• Assist with weekly projections and period budgets.• Print and review weekly sales reports for the region.• Prepare trend sheets for period budgets.• Review weekly Kronos reports and minor reports.• Track sick time for exem
